-If you have any doubts regarding your physical or mental fitness and health please check with us prior to submitting your application through a separate email. By receiving your application we assume that you are physically and mentally fit and stable. For a complete overview of liability we refer to Pure Energy Yoga's Terms and Conditions.
-In case the course is rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Pure Energy Yoga's liability is limited to the refund of deposited fees only.
-Cancellation within 14 days after registration is free of charge.
-In case of cancellation at least 12 weeks before the start, 25 euro administration costs will be charged. In case of cancellation between 12 and 6 weeks before the start, 50% of the tuition fee will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation of 6 weeks or less before the start of the training / education / workshop, the full tuition fee will be charged. This amount can not be settled with a new registration and can not automatically be transferred to another training / education/ workshop.
-Additional conditions apply to the programs with guest teachers (other than Esther Scheen) - In the event of cancellation of 12 weeks or less before the start of the training/ class/workshop, the full tuition fee will be charged.
- For trainings with international guest teachers there is a non-refundable fee of 200 euros
- Read our full terms and conditions before registering for a training. Signing up for a training means you accept the general terms and conditions.
- The student must pay the course fee due no later than 14 days after the invoice date on the payment method agreed with Pure Energy Yoga.
- All bank-fees are at the expense of the student!!
